Shipping policy

Our products are shipped from our Yarraville warehouse in the Inner West of Melbourne. We offer local pick up from 6 Taylor St, Yarraville as well as local delivery (see below for selected suburbs) on all orders. Just select this option at checkout.

Shipping rates & Info

Rattan Play Gyms & Play Mats

  • Our activity play mats and rattan play gyms are a flat shipping fee of AU$30 Australia-wide. However we are able to offer delivery to Melbourne Metro area for $10. This option should appear at checkout - if not reach out to us. 
  • The majority of the time we will use Aramex to deliver your goodies. 
  • Our rattan play gyms and activity play mats are classified as bulky items and are unable to be sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you enter this as a delivery address at checkout, we will contact you for an alternative location. 
  • The courier will need to be able to leave the parcel in a suitable and safe place (please let us know if this doesn't work for you immediately after purchasing and we can arrange a signature on delivery - this may incur an extra fee).
  • If the courier is unable to leave it somewhere, or you live in an apartment and the driver can not access, a $10 re-delivery fee may apply. 

  • There are some areas in Australia where shipping may be prohibitively expensive. If this applies to your order, we will reach out to you. Regrettably, if an alternative delivery location cannot be arranged, we may need to cancel your order.

Everything Else 

  • We offer free Australia wide shipping on all orders over AU$150 (ex Play mats and Play Gyms).
  • Orders under AU$150 will be charged a flat rate of AU$10
  • We offer express shipping on non-bulky items. This is charged at a flat rate of AU$15. 

Local Pick Up

We offer a free collection service from our very own store front - Common Ground @ Taylor Street - which is located at 6 Taylor Street, Yarraville, VIC, 3013.  Simply place your order and select the Pick Up option at checkout. Your order will be ready for collection as soon as possible.

Once you receive the email notification that your order is ready to be collected, you can collect at any time Monday - Friday between 9am - 3:30pm.

If you are requiring an after-hours pick up, please let us know and we will provide you with an alternative collection address.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to selected suburbs in and around Inner West Melbourne. (3011, 3013, 3015, 3016) for a fee of $5. In most cases, orders will be delivered with-in 24-48 hours. Please leave your mobile when you order and we will be in touch.

Shipping: International Orders

Shipping of your order will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note: the customer is responsible for any import taxes, custom charges or any other applicable duties that their country may be charging. Please look into any import fees before purchasing.

If your item is returned due to non-payment of import fees (even if you were not notified) or delivery not collected, we cannot refund shipping charges. You will be responsible for the shipping charges again to post your item, or a refund of the item (less the actual cost of shipping) will be processed once the item is returned in the original condition to us.

We take no responsibility for customers who are not aware of the charges, did not receive correspondence from customs or refused payment of additional fees. 

*A special note for orders to the United States of America: There is now tariffs that are required to be paid by our business prior to the goods leaving Australia. If the order is returned to us for a refund, the actual original shipping charges and the applicable tariff will be deducted from the refund of the goods.
