PLAY MATS
We want every purchase to feel right. If your play mat isn't quite what you expected, we're happy to offer a refund on full-price items returned within 30 days of purchase. Please get in touch with us before sending anything back and we'll work through it with you.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number. Refunds are processed less the original shipping cost and a 10% administration fee — this reflects that our shipping costs typically exceed what we charge at checkout.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be received in the same condition as they were dispatched, and a 10% administration fee applies.
INTERNTATIONAL ORDERS
For customers outside of Australia, return shipping costs, customs charges, and any applicable government taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. These will not be covered by Common Ground, and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
